The terms comply with current Swedish legislation, including the Distance Contracts Act, the Consumer Sales Act in applicable parts, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Organization<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Unga \u00d6rnar is the children&#8217;s and youth organization of the labor movement. The activities are conducted on a non-profit basis. Information about the organization and membership can be found at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ungaornar.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.ungaornar.se<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Membership in Unga \u00d6rnar<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Membership in Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund is administered by local chapters. The membership fee may vary and is often free of charge.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">You pay any membership fee by card, Swish, or Bankgiro 242-7284. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">The membership is valid for the period specified at the time of payment. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting <a href=\"mailto:medlem@ungaornar.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medlem@ungaornar.se<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Membership fees already paid will not be refunded upon withdrawal. This follows the exception from the right of withdrawal for non-profit memberships under the Distance Contracts Act.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Membership in Unga \u00d6rnars V\u00e4nner<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Membership in Unga \u00d6rnars V\u00e4nner costs 210 SEK per year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">You pay the membership fee by card, Swish, or Bankgiro 5876-5678. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">The membership is valid for the period specified at the time of payment and is not automatically renewed unless otherwise stated. You can cancel your membership by contacting <a href=\"mailto:medlem@ungaornar.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medlem@ungaornar.se<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Membership fees already paid will not be refunded upon withdrawal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Donations<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">You choose the amount for donations to Unga \u00d6rnar. Donations are used for local activities and purposes in accordance with the organization&#8217;s statutes. Read more here: <a href=\"https:\/\/ungaornar.se\/en\/support-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/ungaornar.se\/stod-oss\/<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Donations are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act because they are given voluntarily without consideration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Donations to Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund are made via the payment solution Stripe. Stripe is an established payment service provider used by many non-profit organizations and companies for secure card payments. Donations are made via digital forms. Unga \u00d6rnar uses Jotform as a form tool to collect and manage information securely.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Monthly giving<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">You can choose to become a monthly donor through recurring card payments via Stripe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">By registering, you agree that the selected amount will be automatically debited from your payment card each month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">The debit is made monthly until you cancel the monthly giving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel your monthly giving at any time by contacting <a href=\"mailto:medlem@ungaornar.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medlem@ungaornar.se<\/a> or via the link for managing the subscription provided by Stripe. If you cannot find the link or would rather have help, please contact us and we will resolve it.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">No refunds will be made for debits already made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Stripe is an established payment service provider used by many non-profit organizations and companies for secure card payments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Membership and donations are considered delivered upon completion of payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Any digital membership or confirmation will be sent via e-mail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Right of withdrawal<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act does not normally apply to <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl\">\n<li>Membership in non-profit associations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl\">\n<li>Donations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl\">\n<li>Services that have already begun and have been expressly approved <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complaints and contact<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">If you have questions about payment or membership, please contact <a href=\"mailto:medlem@ungaornar.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">medlem@ungaornar.se<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personal data<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Unga \u00d6rnar processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">In connection with payment and registration, personal data may be processed by our payment service and form providers, in accordance with applicable data protection rules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Information about what data is processed, the purpose, legal basis, and your rights can be found in the organization&#8217;s routine for personal data management at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ungaornar.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.ungaornar.se<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Changes to terms<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Unga \u00d6rnar reserves the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on the organization&#8217;s website.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personal data management<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consent to the collection of personal data<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">When you become a member of Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund or Unga \u00d6rnars V\u00e4nners Riksorganisation, as well as a donor to Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund, your personal data is registered and managed in accordance with current legislation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing and purpose<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">When you become a member of Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund or Unga \u00d6rnars V\u00e4nners Riksorganisation, you consent to the respective organization registering the personal data needed to conduct its activities and safeguard your interests as a member. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data is only used within the scope of the activities, e.g., sending information, notices, and statistics for grant applications.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personal data processed by Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund and Unga \u00d6rnars V\u00e4nners Riksorganisation<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">The data registered includes name, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address, personal identification number, date of birth, and gender. If you choose to terminate your membership, we will immediately delete your personal data, but we will save municipality, year of birth, and gender for statistics and financial reporting.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who handles your personal data<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">Elected officials or volunteer persons and staff may be given responsibility to manage the data in Unga \u00d6rnars Riksf\u00f6rbund&#8217;s and Unga \u00d6rnars V\u00e4nners Riksorganisation&#8217;s membership register. All those who gain access to manage personal data within the respective organization sign a commitment of responsibility that certifies that they will comply with the Data Protection Regulation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your rights<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">As a member, you have the right to know what personal data we process, how it is processed, and to have your personal data corrected or deleted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">For questions about personal data, changes\/deletion of personal data, or register extracts, please contact member support at medlem@ungaornar.se. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Social media<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mx-auto xl:max-w-7xl wp-block-paragraph\">When you participate in social media, personal data is stored according to the terms of use that apply to the respective social medium.
