Every three years Unga Örnar has a big meeting with members from all over the country. It's called a congress and that's when you decide together what the entire Young Eagles should think and do. Then a confederation board is also elected.

The federal board works to ensure that what was decided at the congress becomes a reality, until the next congress. The federal board consists of 14 people who come from different parts of Sweden.
