When you become a member of Unga Örnar, your personal data is registered and managed in accordance with current legislation.
Processing and purpose
When you become a member of Unga Örnar, you agree that Unga Örnar registers the personal data needed for Unga Örnar to conduct its activities and safeguard your interests as a member.
The personal data is only used within the scope of Unga Örnar’s activities, e.g., sending information to members, notices, and grant applications.
Personal data processed by Unga Örnar
The data registered includes name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address, social security number, date of birth, and gender. If you choose to terminate your membership, we will immediately delete your personal data; however, we save municipality, year of birth, and gender for statistics and financial accounting.
Who manages your personal data
Elected officials or voluntary engaged persons and staff may be given responsibility to manage the data in Unga Örnar’s member register. All those who gain access to manage personal data within Unga Örnar sign a commitment of responsibility that certifies that they will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your rights
As a member, you have the right to know what personal data we process, how it is processed, and to have your personal data corrected or deleted.

Social media
When you participate on social media, personal data is stored according to the terms of use that apply to each social medium. Unga Örnar is on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Unga Örnar does not save any personal data but can see the information that you have chosen to make available.
