We use memlistmembership system to facilitate our association administration and membership management. The information saved about our members and users in the membership system is only accessible to our association and selected administrators.

Members themselves have the opportunity to review and approve this documentation during membership registration, as well as request their personal data.

Security and personal data in the membership system

All personal data in our membership register is stored within Sweden's borders, and we also use AES 256-bit encryption of passwords and sensitive user data. We want to be clear that by delivering a service where we put safety first. Where the member can be sure that their data is in the right hands at all times.

Members also have easy access to their own extract of saved personal data in two ways:

• By logging in to their own member account and can download their personal data there and also edit their personal data.
• Direct request to the responsible association or administrator, to obtain a physical letter or digital mailing of personal data.

Improved services through the membership system

Member systems enable us to provide you as a member and user with improved service, overview and interaction with us. For example, by being able to log in as a member and update and get an overview of their own saved personal data. Event registrations and clear overview of paid membership fees and renewals are additional features available

These are some of the important services that our members have at hand to get quick and easy access to the association's all our services, and to be able to keep in touch during the membership.

Safe participation

Through our membership system, we also have a built-in ticket and event system. The system simplifies the possibility of registering, paying and participating in events in the association, among other things by obtaining digital e-tickets with a QR code.

Through the event system, we also create increased security both for us and for you as a member. For example, by being able to scan the QR code on the e-tickets, check in participants and thus verify that only registered people have been granted access to the active event.
